Today we are going to make an Immunity Booster Health Drink or Juice Recipe i.e Bitter gourd Juice.  Lots of health benefits of Bitter Gourd Juice. I've penned down all its health benefits to sharing it with you. It is best recommended to have Bitter-gourd Juice early in the morning on empty stomach.

It helps in weight loss, to control sugar levels in diabetes. Reduces acidity, kills cancer cells, high in fiber, increases metabolic rate, immunity booster. Purifies blood, good for many skin problems & it has many more health benefits. The biggest health benefit, it helps in weight loss. My son likes it very much & from the last 4-5 months, I made it every morning. He drinks this juice religiously, every morning. Generally, he drinks this juice in the early morning in one sip only. It is not necessary for you to drink this juice in one sip only, but he enjoys drinking in one sip only so, let's see whether he is able to drink in one sip, in front of you. To make Bitter-gourd Juice or Bitter gourd Juice,

We have taken 2 Bitter-gourd

Water, 1/2 tsp (Three Fruits) Triphala Powder (It's optional)

1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder

1 Lemon, 1/2 tsp Nutriwish Wheat Grass Powder (We have purchased it from online shopping)

1/2 tsp Indian Gooseberry Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

So let's make Bitter gourd Juice or Bitter-gourd Juice

Take 2 cups water in a pan

Turn on the flame,

Adding Turmeric Powder

Gooseberry Powder

Cinnamon Powder

Black Pepper Powder

Wheat Grass Powder

Dry Mango Powder

(Three Fruits) Triphala Powder (It's optional), Mix it well

Let's boil the water cutting the bitter-gourd until water is boiled. We've washed the bitter-gourd & will cut both the ends. We'll cut it from the center will remove these seeds with a spoon. Similarly, we'll remove the seeds from all the remaining bitter-gourd pieces.

We've removed the seeds from all the bitter-gourd pieces, water is boiled, turn off the flame. We'll cut small pieces of bitter-gourd. Firstly we'll cut into long pieces and then we'll cut into small pieces. We've cut the bitter gourd into small pieces, now we'll blend them in the mixer; you can also make it in juicer will add some water Around 1/2 Cup Water, We've grind the bitter-gourd. 

We'll add this bitter-gourd juice into this water, which we've boiled adding a lot of herbs. We'll squeeze a lemon in this. Our bitter-gourd Juice is ready. We'll serve it in a glass. Here we've our Bitter gourd Juice is ready to please you pressurized me unnecessarily.

Guys, though I'm drinking this juice for the last 6 months I don't drink it in 1 sip every day. Mom has pressurized me, so maybe now I've to drink in front of you, Wow what a sweet juice it was seriously!!

Though I want to call it bitter I will appreciate the recipe, Not just because I shot my mom's blog, It's our channel & it's genuinely tasty. Guys, basically you need to develop the taste for this. Whatever mom said at the start of the video that it is good for so many reasons. It is actually great for a lot of things it increases metabolism, reduces body fat. I'm drinking this juice for the last 5-6 months & I've reduced 4-5 kgs.
